MIAMI, Florida, March 17, 2022 (Globe Newswire) – UserlyticsA leading global platform for simplified and scalable remote user experience testing Three attractive new features: favorite activities, quantitative multi-device testing, and new mobile testing capability for supervised studies. These updates will allow a simpler test build and create a more comprehensive and flexible test environment for test participants who may only have access to certain digital devices.

Here is a breakdown of each of the new platform features:

1. Favorite Activities

With this new update, in addition to the popular activities, available to every Userlytics account holder, the platform now features a unique Saved Activities section for each account holder and their team. The update allows users to save participants’ favorite activities and questions in the Userlytics Study Builder so that they can be quickly reused in future studies. This is an excellent way to help teams stay consistent with their studies and enhance performance measurement analysis over time.

Users simply have to press the heart button next to any existing activity to add it to their saved activity library.

2. Quantitative multi-device test

With Userlytics’ new quantitative multi-device test update, a single quantitative test can now be completed by participants from desktop computers, laptops, mobile phones or tablets, rather than just one type of device per test. In the study builder, customers will be asked to select if they want to complete their study on specific devices, or on multiple devices.

Additionally, participants no longer need to download a mobile app to participate in quantitative surveys if they join from a smartphone, reinforcing Userlytics’ commitment to practicing what it preaches in terms of ease of use and user experience for its platform.

This update also makes it smoother for customers to take advantage of the Userlytics website tool to drive participants directly from the web to their surveys with a single click, regardless of which device the participant is browsing from.

3. The ability to moderation in the mobile phone

Userlytics has also launched a “best in class” mobile-optimized native editing capability for moderated usability studies on mobile devices.

Like the desktop version of Userlytics supervised testing, the mobile version allows the study administrator to have near-total control of the participant’s device. The moderator can display the participant’s screen when the participant is actively using the Userlytics mobile app, share the study text with the participant, and more. The mobile supervisor update also allows the study administrator to share their own screen with participants, even if they are managing the study from a desktop device, allowing sensitive and confidential digital forms to be easily tested with remote participants. During a mobile moderated study, the participant can also use native mobile features such as zooming in and out when needed.

In addition to these three updates, be on the lookout for the following advanced features and capabilities that Userlytics has on its short-term path:
